Rates
It is the policy of English Rose to provide information about our range of services and Home Management Rates, in a clear and uncomplicated way, giving you peace of mind and reassurance that you know exactly what the agreed fees are and that you will not incur any hidden extra charges, during the course of our management term.
The monthly management fee (available on request) covers the general management of the villa, the lawns, the pool maintenance and the pest control.
Cleaning is an extra as the villa will need cleaning after each guest leaves.
The cleaning costs are:
3 Bedroom Villa $65.00
4 Bedroom Villa $75.00
5 Bedroom Villa $85.00
